Your purchase and satisfaction are our priority. The operator of the Testosteronplus.eu online store undertakes to comply with all applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union on consumer protection.

I. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "terms") govern the legal relationship between:

and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "buyer") who orders goods through the online store www.testosteronplus.eu (hereinafter the "e-shop").

By sending the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.

II. Order and conclusion of the contract

The e-shop sells the food supplement Testosterón+, which is intended to supplement the diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Product:

• is not a medicine,

• is not intended to diagnose, treat, alleviate or prevent diseases,

• is intended for persons over 18 years of age,

• is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

The buyer creates an order by selecting goods and completing the order form.

After receiving the order, the seller sends an order confirmation to the buyer's e-mail address.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the order confirmation is delivered to the buyer.

The contract is concluded in the language of the e-shop version used to place the order, and the seller stores it in electronic form for 5 years.

III. Price and payment terms

All prices stated in the e-shop are final and include VAT if the seller is a VAT payer.

The buyer can pay:

• by payment card online,

• cash on delivery (if this option is available).

Any additional costs, in particular shipping costs, are displayed before the order is completed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched.

The buyer is obliged to pay the full price of the order including all fees.

IV. Delivery of goods

Goods are delivered by a courier company.

All orders are accepted subject to the availability of goods in stock.

The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

In the event of a delay, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.

For pre-orders (clearly marked on the product page), the delivery time may be extended up to 30 calendar days. The buyer is informed of this period before the order is sent.

If the buyer orders goods with cash on delivery and fails to collect them without reason, the seller reserves the right to claim compensation for the actually incurred shipping and packaging costs, up to a maximum of €8.

V. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the e-mail address:

The buyer is obliged to send the goods back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

The seller will refund all payments received no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or after proof of their dispatch has been provided.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the protective packaging or seal has been broken after delivery.

VI. Complaints and warranty

The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months.

Complaints must be sent to the e-mail address:

A complaint should include:

• a description of the defect,

• a photograph of the defect (if possible),

• proof of purchase.

The seller will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date it was submitted.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage caused by improper use,

• damage caused by improper storage,

• normal wear and tear,

• gifts and promotional items provided free of charge.

VII. Personal data protection

The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

VIII. Alternative dispute resolution

The buyer has the right to contact the seller with a request for remedy.

If the buyer is not satisfied with how a complaint was handled or believes that their rights have been violated, they may submit a proposal for alternative consumer dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) or through the ODR platform:

IX. Governing law

These terms and conditions and the legal relationships between the seller and the buyer are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

This does not affect the consumer's rights arising from the relevant consumer protection legislation.

X. Final provisions

These terms and conditions take effect on 1 June 2024.

The seller reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The current version of the terms and conditions is always published on the website www.testosteronplus.eu.

Legal relationships that arose before a change of the terms and conditions are governed by the version in force at the time the contract was concluded.
